The new diet and fitness plan. This will work.

  • Wake up every day at 6:50AM in order to start the day fresh and prepared and get a small breakfast.
  • Skip on the patio for 20-30 minutes after breakfast has settled.
  • Watch the Olympics, get motivated.
  • Have a small salad, on a small plate to trick my brain.
  • Go out on the bike and do a circuit round all of the village (roughly).
  • Do my parrot jigsaw and have some relaxing time. Or babysit Kaitlyn. Or chill out with Holly, depending.
  • Have something small if before 5PM.
  • NO FOOD AFTER 5PM.
  • TV time. 
  • Do 10 press ups, 10 sits ups, and 10 of the whole body crush thing, before family guy starts.
  • TV.
  • Bed after family guy or American Dad, if there’s a good episode on.
