- Wake up every day at 6:50AM in order to start the day fresh and prepared and get a small breakfast.
- Skip on the patio for 20-30 minutes after breakfast has settled.
- Watch the Olympics, get motivated.
- Have a small salad, on a small plate to trick my brain.
- Go out on the bike and do a circuit round all of the village (roughly).
- Do my parrot jigsaw and have some relaxing time. Or babysit Kaitlyn. Or chill out with Holly, depending.
- Have something small if before 5PM.
- NO FOOD AFTER 5PM.
- TV time.
- Do 10 press ups, 10 sits ups, and 10 of the whole body crush thing, before family guy starts.
- TV.
- Bed after family guy or American Dad, if there’s a good episode on.
